Introducing Lone Worker Safety Training

Many individuals find themselves working alone in the course of their duties, both in the workplace and off-site. Lone working presents a number of significant safety risks including fire, the threat of violent attack, and lifting and handling. Employees working by themselves without direct supervision or in an area isolated from colleagues should receive Lone Worker Safety training as a basic health and safety measure.

This will enable staff to reduce their exposure to risk when working alone, and to stay safe and in control.
